Terms of Service for Chibi Model Art CommissionsBy commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. These terms are set to ensure a fair and smooth process for both parties.1. Commission Details
- I offer chibi model commissions (ART ONLY) priced at $140, inclusive of commercial use rights.
- I do : Fanarts, Original Character
- I don't : Mecha, heavy NSFW
- Commissions are for personal or commercial use (e.g., streaming, merchandise, or promotional content). Please specify your intended use when requesting.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission that makes me uncomfortable or violates my policies.2. Payment
- Payments are accepted via PayPal.
- Full payment is required upfront before work begins.
- No refunds are available once the commission process starts, due to my urgent financial situation.
- If additional design work is needed (e.g., no character reference provided), extra fees may apply, to be discussed beforehand.3. Art Process
- Please provide clear character references or detailed descriptions at the start. Last-minute reference changes are not permitted after the sketch stage.
- You may request up to five (5) revisions during the sketch phase. Major revisions after coloring are not allowed to ensure timely delivery.
- I will communicate any challenges during the process to ensure the final product meets your expectations.4. Timeline
- Commissions are typically completed within 4-8 weeks, depending on complexity and my queue. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee (+$30), subject to discussion.
- I will inform you of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances and appreciate your patience as I work to support myself through this difficult time.5. Rights and Usage
- I retain the right to showcase the completed artwork in my portfolio or social media unless you request privacy (NDA) (+$20), which must be agreed upon upfront.
- You may use the artwork for personal or commercial purposes as specified in the commission agreement. However, you may not resell, trace, edit, or redistribute the artwork without my permission.
- For commercial use, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the artwork as outlined in your request (e.g., streaming, merchandise).6. Client Responsibilities
- By commissioning me, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or have parental consent if under 18.
- Please provide clear communication and prompt responses to ensure a smooth process. Failure to respond within one week may result in the commission being paused or canceled without refund.
- You agree to respect my creative process and understand that I am working diligently to deliver quality work under personal financial strain.7. Disputes and Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel before work begins, I may offer a partial refund, minus any payment processing fees. No refunds are available once the sketch is started.
- I reserve the right to cancel a commission if the client violates these terms or if unforeseen circumstances prevent completion. In such cases, a full or partial refund will be issued based on work completed.
- Any disputes will be handled professionally, and I ask for your understanding given my current challenges.8. Contact
